The Site is operated by Elev8 Group, founded by Chris Long ("Elev8", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. These Terms of Use do not limit or supersede the terms of any formal engagement agreement.

Elev8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Site at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and 14 of these Terms of Use shall survive any such termination and continue to apply.
