Refund Policy

Applies to: All Elev8 Group services and purchases
Elev8 is committed to delivering research and advisory services that meet the highest standards of quality and rigour. This policy sets out the refund terms that apply to each of Elev8's service lines. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with these terms and, where applicable, the terms of the relevant engagement agreement. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via elev8group.io/contact.
Refund Terms by Service
The refund terms applicable to each Elev8 service line are summarised below. Where a specific engagement agreement contains different terms, those terms take precedence for that engagement.
Refunds are not available once diagnostic work has commenced. Where an engagement is cancelled before commencement, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 days.
Full refund if pre-commencement
Purchased research publications are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe there is a material factual error in a purchased publication, submit a correction request via the Corrections policy.
Non-refundable post-access
Retained advisory arrangements cancelled in accordance with the Terms of Business will receive a pro-rata refund of any Fees paid in advance for the unused portion of the Subscription Term. Cancellations outside of the agreed notice period are not eligible for refund.
Pro-rata where applicable
Keynotes and workshops cancelled more than four weeks before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between two and four weeks prior are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
Timeline-dependent
Reprint licence fees are non-refundable once the licence agreement has been executed and the licensed assets delivered to the client.
Non-refundable post-delivery
If you purchased an individual research document and are not satisfied, notify Elev8 in writing within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible.
Full refund within 24 hours
Events & Conference Registrations
The following refund schedule applies to all event registrations purchased through Elev8. The timing of the cancellation is calculated from the date written notice is received by Elev8.

Exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis
- Serious illness or bereavement — supported by appropriate documentation — may be considered for a full or partial refund outside the standard schedule, at Elev8's sole discretion.
- Where Elev8 cancels or materially reschedules an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund regardless of notice period.
- Delegate substitutions — replacing a registered attendee with another individual from the same organisation — are permitted at no charge, provided Elev8 is notified in writing no later than five Business Days before the event.
Elev8-cancelled events: If Elev8 cancels an event for any reason, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Elev8 is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancelled event.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Elev8 will acknowledge all written refund requests within three Business Days and will advise whether the request is eligible under this policy.

Contact Elev8 via elev8group.io/contact. Include your name, invoice or order number, the service or event concerned, and the reason for your request.

Elev8 will acknowledge your request within three Business Days and advise whether it is eligible under this policy.

Decision
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of the decision. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing
Allow up to 10 Business Days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Refund requests must be received in writing. Requests submitted outside the eligibility window for the relevant service will not be approved. All decisions made under this policy are final, subject to any rights the Customer may have under applicable consumer or commercial law.
